18th July 2017.  To Onlooker I have added “Challenges.”  In the Library, to “Rivalry, The” I have added a clip from 31st January 1885.  To the Hall of Fame I have added William Ralley.  Additions to Hall of Fame entries have been added to Ernest Lomax (his arrest warrant), a new photo of William Lindsay, and to D.A.N. Lomax entry a photo of his son Gerald and details of his son Cyril’s engagement.

20th June 2017.  To the A to Z of clubs I have added Royal Arsenal 1892, Tottenham Hotspur 1885/86 and 1894/95 plus a profile of L. Burrows. Also added West Herts with a profile of Freddy Sargent and John Paull, plus Brentford of 1894.  To Arthur H. Taylor’s Hall of Fame entry I have added his Bedfordshire Cup winners medal.

5th June 2017.  To the A to Z of Clubs in the Library I have added, photos and information on City Ramblers 1894, Grove House 1892, Eastbourne 1892, Crouch End 1892, London Caledonians, The Olympic 1891, Old Wykehamists 1892, West End 1891, Old Westministers, and Novicians 1891.  To Referees in the Library I have added an 1894 clip of Rostron Bourke and a profile of Nat Whittaker from 1894.

30th May 2017.  An article in Onlooker added entitled “A Mystery Card.”  In the Library a major overhaul of the A to Z of Clubs – split into A to L and M to Z.  Lots of new photos and teams, players and information.  Vulcans 1891 team photo plus information, Millwall 1892 team photo plus player photos and information, 2nd Scot Guards 1891 team photo plus personality profile, Berkhamsted 1897 team photo added.  To “Penalty Kicks” in the Library an important photo added that completes the article.

17th October 2016.  The Hall of Fame has been improved with an alphabetical section, “A to B”, etc.  I have created separate Gallery sections for Army photos and for University photos.  I have added a biography of T.S. Ashmole to “Referees” in the Library.  To Henry Jackson’s Hall of Fame entry I have added a new photo and article.  To D.A.N. Lomax’s Hall of Fame entry I have added two photos, one of his wife with first son and one of his youngest son taken in 1960.

14th October 2016.  I have added four more players to the Hall of Fame – Edwin Birch, William Crump, Walter Clarke and Charles Ford.  I have added more details to James Blessington’s Hall of Fame entry.

5th October 2016.  I have added a photo of John Finlayson to the Gallery, “Luton Town player photographs”. To the Hall of Fame I have added a comprehensive entry for Israel Prime and shorter entries for David Sharp and Harry Williams.

22nd September 2016.  I have added an article to Onlooker entitled “riff-raff.”  To the Hall of Fame I have added Henry Jackson, James Moore, William Perkins, Thomas Smart and James Monks.  I have added a clip to Jack Durrant’s Hall of Fame entry.  To the article “Professionalism” in the Library I have added a copy of the Club Minute Book showing the offer of 5/- a week.

16th September 2016.  I have added a map of Winsdon Hill from 1902 to “Grounds around the Town” in the Library.  To the Hall of Fame I have added Arthur Saxton, Fred Molyneux, James Blessington, Herbert Moody and Tommy McInnes.

9th September 2016.  I have added Hall of Fame entries for Arthur Cox, Robert Parkinson, William Lindsay, Thomas Tierney and John Wilson.  I have also added an article to Onlooker entitled “The Straw Plaiters and Cricket.”

5th September 2016.  New information has reached me on the penalty kick.  I have therefore amended the articles in Onlooker and in the Library.  The latter now gives the full history up to 1901.  New information has also come to light about the six yard line so I have amended the article entitled “Victorian Pragmatism” in Onlooker.  I have added Hall of Fame entries for Fred White, Roger Ord, Jack Durrant and William McCurdy.  I have also added a Luton News Football handbook profile of William Brown to his Hall of Fame entry.  To the Gallery “Other clubs team photographs” I have added Malvern College 1900, Radley College 1882 and the 2nd Black Watch 1898.

29th August 2016.  To Onlooker I have added an article entitled “Victorian Pragmatism”.

22nd August 2016.  An article on Professionalism has been completed in the Library.  Four poems under “Rise Luton Rise” have been added to Onlooker.

15th August 2016.  To Onlooker I have added an article entitled “Ham Chewers.”  To the Gallery, “Other clubs team photographs” I have added a photo of Civil Service 1893, and the honours of Watford St. Mary’s, Rushden and St. Albans.

5th July 2016.  “Army Football” article added to the Library.  To the Gallery “Other clubs team photographs” I have added Reigate Priory, Oxford University 1894, Trinity College, Oxford 1890, 2nd Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders 1889, 2nd Royal Berkshire Regiment 1899, Royal Welch Fusiliers 1896, Royal Engineers 1872 and the Army team of 1894.  Also to the gallery in “General Victorian Football Photographs” I have added an unknown team with 13 players, Red Star of Beccles and Whitestars of Whitehaven.

23rd June 2016.  Albert Sanders Hall of Fame entry added.  “Teaching the French a lesson” added to Onlooker.

10th June 2016.  Article about the six a side game added to Onlooker.  To the Gallery “Luton, other football photographs” I have added a newspaper clip which shows how St. Matthews School won the shield they are photographed with.

7th June 2016.  Article entitled “Teetotalism” added to Onlooker.  Temperance Star theory added to the “Eight Pointed Star Badge” article in the Library.  In the Gallery – to “General Victorian Football Photographs” I have added another mystery team.  I found a better photograph of James Henry Bennett so I have added that to his Hall of Fame entry.  One new entry to “Testimonials” in the Library.
